This Return Policy outlines the cancellation and refund terms for workshop programs purchased from Flexiblephrenew, operating at 1817 San Marco Rd, Marco Island, FL 34145, United States.

Program Cancellation by Participant

If you need to cancel your enrollment in a workshop program, the following terms apply:

• More than 14 days before program start: Full refund of the program fee minus a $25 administrative processing charge
• 7 to 14 days before program start: 50% refund of the program fee
• Less than 7 days before program start: No refund available

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contactus@flexiblephrenew.world and include your full name, program tier, and registration date.

Program Cancellation by Flexiblephrenew

If we cancel a program due to weather conditions, insufficient enrollment, or other operational reasons, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session at no additional cost.

Session Missed by Participant

Individual sessions missed by a participant cannot be refunded or rescheduled unless the absence is due to a documented emergency and notice is provided at least 24 hours before the session.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.

Transfer Policy

Participants may transfer their enrollment to another person before the program start date at no additional charge. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the program begins.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify session schedules, training locations, or instructor assignments. Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance. Minor schedule adjustments do not qualify for refunds.
